Returns
• Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
• The item must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items
• Products purchased on sale or discount are not eligible for return.
• Customized or altered products cannot be returned.

Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status.
• If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

Damaged or Incorrect Items
• If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images.
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
